The Otto Beck Company, located in Pittsburgh, Pa. was founded 20 years ago to fulfill the demands for high quality fishing flies.

Our factory is located on the slopes of Mount Elgon in the western highlands of Kenya. We employ approximately 175 people under agreement with the Kenyan Industrial Workers Union. Unlike some companies operating in third world countries, we provide our workers with high wages and comprehensive benefits. You can rest assured that every time you order flies from us, you are contributing to the welfare of our tyers and their dependents.

We carry a large inventory and will do whatever we can to prevent backorder situations. All of our dry flies, nymphs and wets are tied on Daiichi hooks. Bucktails and streamers for the most part are tied on Mustad 9575. All salmon, steelhead and saltwater flies are tied on Mustad hooks.

As a rule, we ship orders within 24 hours.
